
| Kate Estes, English and History Teacher |
Ms. Estes, a lawyer, has a wide range of teaching experience, from preschool to the university level. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern Mississippi in Psychology and Child Development, and graduated from Florida Coastal Law School Magna Cum Laude. After completing law school, she worked in the legal field and then returned to teaching. Ms. Estes, a recipient of a 2008 and 2009 teaching excellence designation, is in her third year at the PCRS. |

| Zujiao Fu, Science and Math Teacher |
Ms. Fu enjoys sharing her love of science and math with young children. She is a visiting teacher from China. She has a PhD in microbiology and a bachelor's degree in biology from Hunan Normal University, a university that is well regarded for providing its graduates with strong subject matter expertise as well as teaching skill. Ms. Fu also has experience with enzyme engineering.

| Nicole Mauntler, Science and Math Teacher |
Ms. Maunter graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida. While she was working for the City of Gainesville as a civil engineer, she led the watershed education program, teaching school age children about issues that can impact water quality. In addition, she has practiced as an engineer and surveyor while working for a property appraiser, a city government and an engineering consulting firm. She not only has a strong understanding of science and math, but also enjoys fencing and football. |

| Patricia Perkins, Spanish Teacher |
Ms. Perkins, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, has seven years of teaching experience. Since her family was affiliated with the British Embassy in Argentina, she speaks English and Spanish fluently. In addition to language teaching, she also has expertise in architecture and project design. Ms. Perkins has a unique way of combining games, drama, singing and dance, so young children have fun learning Spanish. Ms. Perkins is in her second year of teaching at the PCRS, receiving a teaching excellence designation for 2009. |

| Lily Ren, Preschool Teacher |
Lily Ren, a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, studied Chemistry at Dailan Polytechnic University and taught science for ten years in China. Since coming to the US, she has worked in several fields including teaching young people Mandarin Chinese. She is passionate about education and wants all her students to have fun learning math, science and the Chinese language. Ms. Chen is in her second year at the PCRS, receiving a teaching excellence designation for 2009. |

| Sonia Song, Mandarin Chinese and Preschool Teacher |
Sonia Song is in her fourth year at the PCRS and was a recipient of teaching excellence designation in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. She is a native Mandarin speaker with a degree in education. In addition to a strong teaching background and an exceptional ability to work with young children, she has 4 years of laboratory science work experience and is an accomplished musician. |

| Laura Stahl, Operations |
Ms. Stahl has undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering. Before joining the Panama City Renaissance School team, Laura worked for over 20 years running health and safety operations for the US military. In addition, she has experience in project planning, project implementation and post project follow-up. Since having children, she is active in community programs for preschool and elementary aged children.

| Juliann Talkington, Administrator |
Juliann Talkington has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and graduate degrees from Stanford, Columbia and the University of London. She has a strong administrative background, as well as experience in education, science and technology, business management, mathematics and marketing. She believes it is very important for children to have a strong understanding of math, science, English, history and to be fluent in more than one language. |

| Jian Yao, Kindergarten Teacher |
Ms. Yao is returning to the PCRS for her fourth year after receiving a teaching excellence designation for 2007, 2008 and 2009. She has years of experience teaching in the US and in China. She has her teaching credential from the Hebei Teacher’s College and a MA from the University of West Florida. In addition to having a patient, disciplined teaching style, she is an accomplished musician and music instructor.
